Saturday Afternoon Coloring Session

On Saturday, I mentioned that I was hoping to get some time to color with my Stampin’ Blends, and I did!  It wasn’t as long as I had hoped it would be, but it was a little bit of a break!  And I ended up with some very pretty colored paper, as well as came up with a cool idea for a background that I will be sharing with you (hopefully) tomorrow!  I also got to have a little wine that my sister got me for Christmas!  It is VERY appropriately named!  🙂

The floral paper I colored is from the Petal Passion Designer Series Paper, and I colored it in Cherry Cobbler, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, and Old Olive shades.  I didn’t get to do the whole sheet, but that’s okay, as I really only wanted to do enough for a few card fronts anyway! Here’s a close up:

It looks really pretty in person!  And you can see the variation in color a little better in person as well.  Now to figure out what I am going to make with this!

If you ever have a chance to sit down for a bit and color, I highly recommend it!  I guess there’s a reason why adult coloring books have become a thing in the past few years!

I will be back tomorrow with some projects I made this weekend.  I hope you’ll check back soon!

Have a great day!
