The design for this adorable box is based on a sample from page 52 of the Stampin’ Up! Holiday catalog! The end result is very, very similar to the sample in the catalog, so I can’t take full credit for the design, although I did make a few slight changes! Here is the original:
As you can see, I used a different design from the Spooky Night Designer Series Paper for my band. I also used a scalloped edge on the square layer on top, as well as a different sentiment from the Spooky Cat stamp set. I also kept the pointed ends from the Classic Label Punch on the sentiment piece. I LOVED the little owl the way it was, so I kept that completely the same! I filled these boxes with an assortment of Halloween candy that included 5-6 pieces of Twizzlers, Kit Kats, some minis, and more! This would definitely make a cute Halloween gift for a teacher, coworker, or friend or family member. Here’s a close up of the owl:
