It’s Merry Monday! For today’s card, I used products from the NEW Santa’s Workshop Suite. If you like fun, whimsical images and bright colors for the holidays, then you will LOVE this suite! The whole suite can be found on pages 18-21 of the Holiday Catalog. Images in this suite contain Santa, Mrs. Claus, jolly elves, candy, bows, trees, snowmen, and more! It also combines a fabulous array of colors including Basic Black, Coastal Cabana, Crushed Curry, Early Espresso, Garden Green, Poppy Parade, Smoky Slate, and Whisper White. Check out how gorgeous these colors look together:
This card features the new Santa’s Workshop Specialty Designer Series Paper! It has fun, hand drawn designs, and some of them have white flocking on them, so that when you run your hand over it, it has a soft, velvety feel!
On this card, the hats of the elves and the white parts of the presents have the flocking. It definitely adds a fun, festive touch to this card! You can see the full assortment of designs in the Santa’s Workshop paper below:
This paper truly has a little bit of everything for Christmas!
Measurements for this card are as follows:
Poppy Parade card stock base: 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 inches (scored at 4-1/4 inches and folded in half)
Candy Cane DSP background layer: 4 x 5-1/4 inches
Elves DSP strip: 2 x 5-1/4 inches
North Pole Seal: 1-3/8 inches in diameter
The sentiment for this card comes from the Signs of Santa stamp set, which is part of the suite as well! This set is a photopolymer set that contains 18 stamps. (There is also a coordinating cutting die set that is available as well!) The sentiment is stamped in black StazOn ink, and was cut using the 1-3/8 inch Scallop Circle Punch. The card is finished with a couple of wraps of Garden Green Baker’s Twine, as well as a bow!
This card was so much fun to make! I love the mischievous looks of the elves! All of the products used to make this card will be available in only TWO DAYS, when the Holiday Catalog goes live for ordering. I hope you’re as excited for the holiday crafting season as I am!
Thanks for stopping by!
