Halloween Treat Tubes

Looking for a quick, fun way to package up small treats?  Then Stampin’ Up’s treat tubes are the way to go!  I think I have a special love of these, as I used to be a middle school science teacher.  These would have been PERFECT for little treats for my students!  These little tubes measure about four inches long, are plastic, and come with cork stoppers. Each set includes 12 tubes and 12 stoppers.  Simply slip in your treat and tie on a cute tag with ribbon, twine, or metallic thread and they’re ready to be handed out!

For these, I cut a tag from the Spooky Night Designer Series Paper using the Everyday Label Punch.  The Jack O Lantern was cut from the DSP with the Patterned Pumpkins Thinlits.  The Happy Halloween greeting is from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set, and was stamped in Basic Black and cut out with the Classic Label Punch.  I adhered the greeting to the tag and trimmed the edges with Paper Snips, then adhered the Jack O Lantern.  I punched a small hole, threaded Basic Black Solid Baker’s Twine through, and tied the tag to the tube.  Super easy and fun to make and give!

Hope you like them! I have just a few more Halloween projects to share with you!  I hope you’ll check back for tomorrow’s project!
