Welcome to our Color Fusers blog hop for April! Well, things have certainly changed since last month, haven’t they? Who would have thought a month ago that all of this craziness in the world would be happening? Usually, on a Color Fusers hop day, I would be carrying my phone from classroom to classroom with my alarm set to make sure that my post gets published at the right time. Today, I will most likely be sitting at my dining room table (pleading) with my boys to PLEASE get some schoolwork done. Such a huge and bizarre difference from a month ago!
We could all use some positive thoughts right now, so my project today features the stamp set Positive Thoughts, including a sentiment that I think we can really all use more of during this time : Hugs, Prayers, Love.

I love this month’s color combo! Blues and greens together are so calming, and I love these particular shades together. My card uses a Balmy Blue base, with Soft Sea Foam, Blueberry Bushel, and Whisper White layers. The sentiment is stamped in Granny Apple Green, and there are also some Glitter Enamel Dots in that color as well. The card is finished with a simple Blueberry Bushel bow.

Measurements for this card are as follows:
Balmy Blue cardstock base: 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 inches (scored at 4-1/4 inches and folded in half)
Soft Sea Foam cardstock layer: 4 x 5-1/4 inches
Balmy Blue cardstock embossed layer: 3-7/8 x 5-1/8 inches
Blueberry Bushel cardstock scalloped layer: 3-1/8 x 4-7/8 inches
Whisper White cardstock top layer: 2-1/2 x 3-5/8 inches
Whisper White sentiment piece: 1-9/16 x 2 inches

Every stamped image on this card, including the sentiment, is from the Positive Thoughts set. This set has so many things I love: butterflies, leaves, flowers, simple script sentiments, and more! Take a peek at the full set below:
