Before I talk about the projects shown above, I want to mention that today is Day 2 of my 12 Days of Christmas Giveaways over on my Facebook page! To enter, just hop on over to my page HERE, leave a comment and a like, and be entered to win a prize!
Now, onto what I want to talk about today! The picture above features projects made with the beautiful Feather & Frost stamp set, which is retiring on January 2nd! This set is so fun and versatile, and is one you are definitely going to want to add to your collection before it goes away for good!
Even though this is primarily a Christmas set, you could definitely use it for other things as well. The two birds, the leaves and vines, and some of the sentiments can definitely be used year round!
Here’s a sample of a card I made with this set not too long ago:
This gorgeous set is only available for a short time longer! You can only get it until January 2nd (or while supplies last)! Visit the online store to get this set today!

Tomorrow, I will be back with Day 2, as well as a new project to share!
I was just going through old posts on my Facebook page, and I came across this card I made two years ago. It is one of my favorite Christmas cards I’ve ever made, and since most of what I used on it is still current, I thought I would share it here!
This card uses the Star of Light photopolymer stamp set, along with the Starlight Thinlits Dies, Silver Glimmer Paper, Silver Embossing Powder, and Rhinestone Basic Jewels. The original colors I used were Dapper Denim and Soft Sky, which are both now retired, but other colors could easily be substituted!
Tomorrow starts my 12 Days of Christmas giveaways! If you would like to play and have a chance to win a prize over the next few days, then head on over to my Facebook page and play along! You can find my page HERE.

This adorable suite combines fun images and sentiments, and I can’t wait to see it used in a Valentine’s Day project for the January kit! While I have not seen the kit itself, Stampin’ Up! has released a few hints that I can share with you:
It is definitely a Valentine’s Day themed kit.
It makes 24 adorable Valentine’s Day treat packages.
Coordinating colors are Crumb Cake, Flirty Flamingo, Lemon Lime Twist, Melon Mambo, Petal Pink, and Pool Party!
Check out this image from the online store to see some projects that coordinate with this kit!

My project today is a fun treat for furry friends! It’s three dog biscuits wrapped in a cello bag, and decorated with a cute topper, ready for gift giving!
I used a 4 x 6 cello treat bag from the local dollar store for the bag. It fits three Milk Bone biscuits perfectly! The topper was made from Cherry Cobbler and Whisper White card stock, stamped in Tranquil Tide ink, and embellished with an Old Olive bow. The background is embossed with an old Paw Print embossing folder that I found years ago on ebay!
Cut a piece of 3-1/2 x 4-1/4 inch Cherry Cobbler cardstock, score at 1-3/4 inches, and fold in half lengthwise.
Emboss a 1-1/2 x 4 inch piece of Whisper White cardstock and round the corners using the corner rounder of the Envelope Punch Board.
Stamp the sentiment on Whisper White card stock and trim the ends with the Triple Banner Punch.
Tie a small bow from 1/8 inch Old Olive Sheer Ribbon.
Place the folded Cherry Cobbler piece over the top of the bag and staple closed.
Adhere the embossed white piece over the stapled piece with Snail adhesive.
Apply the sentiment piece with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Apply the bow with Mini Glue Dots.
Cut a snowflake die cut for added detail with the Big Shot. (This one was made with the now retired Snowfall Thinlits, but we have other sets that contain snowflakes that would work!)
This product was super popular with dog owners! It’s something fun and different, and is sure to put a smile on any dog lover’s face!
Today’s project is a coffee mug filled with sweet treats! Although most of the items I used are not from Stampin’ Up!, the tag is 100% SU! For the tags, I used the Coffee Cup Framelits, the Regals 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper, and the Feather & Frost photopolymer stamp set. The color I used was Real Red!
Besides the tag, this project includes a coffee mug, five Lindt Lindor Chocolate Truffles, and a package of Starbucks Hot Chocolate Mix. They each also contain a candy coated stirrer: either chocolate and marshmallow or crushed peppermint candy. The ones with the candy cane bags and white bows have the peppermint stirrers, and the ones with the star bags and gold bows have the chocolate and marshmallow ones!
The first two day sale of Online Extravaganza was a huge hit! Lots of great deals on paper and embellishments were had! Now it’s time to move onto the second two day sale. On November 25th and 26th, receive 10% off of the following products:

Starting January 3rd, 2019, Stampin’ Up! will no longer sell red rubber stamps in a choice of wood mount or clear mount. There will only be ONE option for red rubber stamps, and it will be a new and improved stamp called “cling” stamps! These new cling stamps are new and improved clear mount stamps, with a new stamp decal that is sticky and clings amazingly well to clear stamping blocks! I had a chance to use some of them at OnStage last week, and they are fantastic! I love them already, and I am sure you will too!
So what does this mean exactly? It means that beginning January 3rd, wood mount stamp sets will no longer be available. There are two exceptions to this: large background stamps, and any stamp sets in the Annual Catalog that are currently offered in wood mount. Moving forward, however, any NEW red rubber stamp sets produced will come only in the cling option!
Here’s a short and fun video demonstrating some features of the new cling stamps:
New stamp labels have been in the works for the last few years. I absolutely love the clear mount stamps, but I don’t like how they don’t always stay on the block! The new cling stamps will NOT come off your blocks! Here’s a sneak peek at the instructions:
There will be lots more info on the new stamps as we get closer to their release! In the meantime, please feel free to ask questions!
