On October 20th, I will be participating in a Halloween Vendor Bingo! It’s my first time attending as a vendor, although I have been as a guest, and it is a BLAST! Guests pay $20 for a ticket and they get ten games of Bingo, dinner, and dessert. There is also a cash bar available. The bingo prizes are supplied by the vendors. There are also raffle prizes and lots of SHOPPING! I am super excited!
Although I will be there promoting Stampin’ Up!, I am also making some Halloween themed goodies to sell as well, so that everyone can see what can be done with Stampin’ Up’s products!
Here’s a sneak peek of a few things that I am working on. I will share more in detail as the week goes on! I’ve got a lot to do! 🙂
Like yesterday’s post, today’s card blends items from both this year’s Holiday Catalog with items from last year’s catalog! For this card, I used the Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper and Pick a Pumpkin Bundle (from this year’s catalog). It also features a sentiment from the Paisleys & Posies set, which was first introduced in last year’s holiday catalog, and is now available on page 128 of the Annual Catalog!
The Pick a Pumpkin Bundle includes both the Pick a Pumpkin Stamp Set and the Patterned Pumpkins Thinlits Dies. The stamp set is available in both Clear Mount and Wood Mount. Of course, both items are available separately, but buying both as a bundle will save you 10% over the price of purchasing them separately!
Colors on this card include Cajun Craze, Early Espresso, Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry, Old Olive, Peekaboo Peach, Tangerine Tango, and Very Vanilla.
Thanks for checking in today! Please check back tomorrow for another “new meets old” holiday creation!
Here’s a quick and easy gift idea for someone special! Simply fill a pint sized mason jar with Hershey Kisses (these are the caramel filled ones – YUM!), make a cute tag, and attach to the jar with pretty ribbon! This tag was made using the new Spooky Night Designer Series Paper. I cut a two inch strip and punched the tag top with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. I then stamped the Jack O’ Lantern image with a stamp from the Seasonal Chums stamp set using Basic Black Archival Ink. Once dry, I watercolored the image using an Aquapainter and Classic Stampin’ Pads (please see below for the colors I used!) Once that was dry, I punched it using the 2 Inch Circle Punch and layered it on the tag over a piece of Pumpkin Pie cardstock, which I punched using the Everyday Label Punch. The sentiment was also stamped in Basic Black and punched with the Classic Label Punch. This gift can also be made for any other occasion simply by switching the stamps, paper, sentiments, and of course, the CANDY! 🙂

Fall is my absolute favorite time of year! Especially in New England! We get such gorgeous colors on the trees, there’s tons of Fall Fairs and Festivals, and everything turns to pumpkins: pumpkin beer, pumpkin coffee, pumpkin bread, and so much more! This card features the new Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper. The paper provides the leafy background, as well as the pumpkins, which were cut and trimmed right from the paper! Finally, the sentiment comes from the Painted Harvest stamp set, which coordinates perfectly with the entire Painted Autumn Suite, available now from Stampin’ Up! Other products used on this card include Linen Thread and Touches of Nature Elements. Colors are Early Espresso, Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, Daffodil Delight, Garden Green, Lemon Lime Twist, Peekaboo Peach, Soft Sky, and Tangerine Tango.
