My Final OnStage Display Board Project!

My final display board project is actually very similar to the very first project I shared using items from the new Annual Catalog!  If you remember, I made a mini pizza box using the Love What You Do stamp set.  I even used most of the same colors as on this card!  Here’s a pic of the project I am referring to if you’d like to take a look:

Both projects use many of the same products, including the Love What You Do stamp set, the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper, the Bermuda Bay, Pool Party, and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends, and the Tea Room ribbon!  However, on today’s project, the sentiment is not heat embossed, but rather stamped in Soft Suede ink, and framed by an outline stamp and framelit from the Rose Wonder stamp set and Rose Garden Thinlits Dies (which are retiring May 31st.)  The ribbon is also tied in a bow for the card!

I really love the color palette for this card!  The colors that were used are as follows:

And of course, Very Vanilla is used as the base neutral in this project as well (even though it’s not shown above!)

The measurements for this card are as follows:
Crumb Cake card base:  5-1/2 x 8-1/2 (scored at 4-1/4 inches and folded in half)
Very Vanilla middle layer:  3-3/4 x 5 inches
Wood Textures DSP top layer:  3-5/8 x 4-7/8 inches
Very Vanilla Stitched Shapes Circle:  3-1/2 x 3-1/2 inches
Very Vanilla sentiment piece:  2 x 3 inches

This card was embellished with the NEW Tea Room Ribbon Combo Pack, as well as a few Pearl Basic Jewels that have been colored with an Ivory Stampin’ Blends Marker.  The ribbon will be available June 1st and comes in pack of two colors: Very Vanilla and Coastal Cabana.  The ribbon is 1/8 inch wide, and has beautiful Copper edging, which you can see nicely in the picture directly above!

So that’s it for my OnStage Display Board samples.  I hope you have enjoyed what I have created!  Don’t forget, the Love What You Do stamp set is available NOW to order as part of the Share What You Love Early Release, now through May 31st!  Click HERE to go to the early release section of the online store!

If you have any questions regarding this, or any other project I’ve shared, please feel free to ask!  🙂

Mini Pizza Box OnStage Team Swap and Gift

For OnStage this past weekend, I only had time to make swaps for the other members of the team I am on.  I usually make a card for the team swap, but this time, I wanted to make something a little different, so I put together this Mini Pizza Box using NEW products from the upcoming Annual Catalog!  The top of the box is decorated with Early Espresso cardstock for the bottom layer, and the top layer is from the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper.  But the flowers and sentiment come from the ALL NEW Love What You Do stamp set!  This set was one of three stamp sets that Stampin’ Up! sent me for my display board, and it was hands down my favorite of the three.  It contains multiple floral stamps, water color backgrounds, and sentiments, and was designed by Stampin’ Up! with demonstrators in mind.  It really is a gorgeous set!  Take a look for yourself:

The set contains 13 stamps, and is a photopolymer set.  And the best news is that this set will be part of a suite of products that will be available to customers as an early release!  So that means you can get this set and coordinating products a whole month before the new catalog comes out in June!  I will give more details about the early release as we get closer to May, so please stay tuned for more information soon.

Other products used on this box include Pool Party, Bermuda Bay, and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends Markers, the NEW Tea Room Ribbon, Layering Ovals Framelits, and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder.  Each box is embellished with Glitter & Clear Epoxy shapes from the Occasions Catalog.  I should also add that the flowers were fussy cut using Paper Snips.  (This set does not have matching framelits.)  Inside each box are three Ghiardelli Chocolate Squares, so this doubled as both a swap and gift!  I made ten of them, placed each one in a cellophane bag, and tied with a 1/4 inch White Organza Ribbon bow to complete the package.  I was very pleased with how they came out!

Tomorrow I will show my full display board so you can see what all of my projects looked like together on the board.  This specific box was not on there, but I did make another one very similar to it, just with different colors!  I will be sharing each project from my board individually over the next couple of weeks.  I hope you will check back in the see them!
