Today’s 3D Thursday project was created by the very talented Twila Davis! It’s a mini purse created to hold lip balm! Wouldn’t you love to get lip balm from someone in such cute packaging?
Twila’s project features brightly colored cardstock and Designer Series Paper in Melon Mambo, plus a sweet gift tag for Mother’s Day from the Wrapped Bouquet stamp set. This could easily be swtiched up for any occasion though, just by switching the sentiment on the tag!
If you would like to create some of these for yourself or friends, you can download Twila’s FREE project sheet HERE or by clicking on the image below. It contains full color, step by step instructions, along with a list of everything you need to create this adorable gift holder!

Hello, and Happy Spring! Welcome to our Color Fusers Blog Hop for April. Today we have a pretty combination of Seaside Spray, Old Olive, and Real Red to share with you!
My card today features NEW Designer Series Paper from the upcoming Annual Catalog. It’s the Regals color family paper, and I used one of the designs in Real Red for my background. I used two stamps from the Painted Poppies stamp sets and stamped them all over the DSP in White Craft ink, then heat embossed them with White Embossing Powder. I then layered that over Basic White and layered both over a Real Red base. I stamped some of the paint spatters from the Painted Poppies set along the right side of the base in Versamark ink before mounting the layers onto the card.
I tied a piece of Old Olive ribbon from the Ornate Garden Ribbon Combo Pack, and tied a little bow, which I then secured with Linen Thread and left the ends loose for a little more detail. The sentiment was stamped In Seaside Spray ink, and is from the You Are Amazing stamp set. It’s punched with the Rectangular Postage Stamp Punch and mounted to the front of the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I also stamped the inside with another image from the Painted Poppies stamp set, and repeated the same image on the envelope as well.
Measurements for this card are as follows:
Real Red cardstock base: 4-1/4 x 11 (scored at 5-1/2 and folded in half)
Basic White cardstock middle layer: 3-3/8 x 4-3/4 inches
Regals DSP top layer in Real Red: 3-1/8 x 4-1/2 inches
Basic White sentiment piece: 1-3/8 x 2 inches (approximate)
Basic White insert: 4 x 5-1/4 inches
To finish my card, I added a few clear Elegant Faceted gems. I love the little extra sparkle they give this card!
Please continue onto the next stop on our hop today, which is Jo Anne Hewins‘ page! I’m sure she has something lovely to share!
Thanks for stopping by!

This week we have Guest Designer Amanda Waldhart joining us! She has created this very sweet Little Debbie Nutty Bars Treat Holder. Look how cute this is:
As someone who grew up with Little Debbie treats in my lunchbox every day, I really love this project! And those particular treats look so yummy! This is such a cute way to dress up this treat and give it to someone special. I need to make treats for my sons’ classes this year for Valentine’s Day, but due to COVID, they have to be individually wrapped and store bought. I’m thinking these might be it!

It’s Thursday, and that means it’s time for another 3D Thursday project! It’s MY turn this week, and I created this sweet mini sampler, using new products from the January-June Mini Catalog!
To make this, I bought a small picture frame at Wal-Mart. I looked in three different stores for a small, white, square frame, and I couldn’t find one. This one was originally a light gray, distressed frame, but it was the only one I could find close to what I was looking for! So I bought it and then just painted it white.
I used three sets of dies for this project:
Layering Squares Dies
Many Hearts Dies
Playful Alphabet Dies
The Layering Squares Dies and the Playful Alphabet dies can be found in the Annual catalog. The Many Hearts dies are all new, and can be found on page 15 of the new catalog. Here’s a peek at the full set:
I also used a new Designer Series Paper called Snail Mail DSP. The paper has lots of cute, fun prints, some of which are perfect for Valentine’s Day! The paper can be found on page 55 of the catalog. You can also see it below:
I just love the fun, colorful prints in this paper! If you would like to make your own mini sampler, you can download my FREE Project sheet HERE, or by clicking on the image below:
Please contact me with any questions you have about this project. Thank you for visiting today! Have a great day!
Happy New Year! It’s time for our LAST 3D Thursday project of 2020! This week it is Sarah Wills’ turn, and she has created this adorable gift packaging for a small pack of tissues. Sarah used items from the NEW Snail Mail Suite, which can be found in the NEW January-June Mini Catalog, and will be available to order on January 5th!
I just love the new Snail Mail Suite! It has such fun colors and adorable imagery. How can you not smile when you see that snail?
Sarah’s project is not only gift packaging…it also doubles as a card! The top flips up and and there’s a little “hello” note to whomever is lucky enough to receive this cute gift!
If you love Sarah’s gift and would like to make one of your own, you can download her FREE project sheet HERE, or by clicking on the image below. Sarah’s project sheet contains step by step instructions, as well as a complete supply list!
Thank you so much for visiting today! Have a safe, happy, and healthy New Year!
This week, Sarah Wills is our designer for 3D Thursday, and she has created this absolutely adorable 3D folded card. Holiday gnomes have been super popular the last few years, and it’s not hard to see why! Take a look at her awesome project!
Christmas gnomes remind me of a cross between Santa and elves. lol! I just love the look on the girl gnome’s face! Wouldn’t you love to receive something this creative?
