Welcome to this week’s 3D Thursday post! Today, we have teammate Twila Davis, who has created this beautiful Bath and Body Works hand soap gift box!

The 3D Thursday team will be taking a break for the month of August. But we will be back in September with a new format and four NEW team members! Stay tuned!
This week, we have Guest Designer Lisa Flemming joining us for 3D Thursday! Lisa has created this adorable Sweet Strawberry Treat Box using the Sweet Strawberry Bundle. She made this project as a back to school item for teachers, but this really could be used for many other recipients and occasions as well!
I have always loved the combo of black, white, and red together. It’s so striking, and depending on what else is added to it, can be used for anything from fun and casual to very elegant. While this project is a little more fun, I’ve seen the colors used in weddings, and they are just so gorgeous together! Lisa also added some pops of yellow and green, which look great with her project as well!

Please check back next week for an all new project! Thanks for visiting!
Welocome to our 3D Thursday project for this week! We have Guest Designer Cathryn Themann joining us, and she has created a pretty gift box using proucts from the Expressions in Ink Suite. Take a peek at her fabulous project:
I just love the colors and patterns she used on this! They are so pretty and soft! Specific items she used include the Artistically Inked Bundle, Scalloped Contours Dies, and Expressions in Ink Designer Series Paper. Her main colors are Pale Papaya, Pear Pizzazz, and Basic White. This is such a pretty project!
If you would like to learn more about Cathryn’s project, you can download her FREE project sheet HERE. It includes a full supply list and step by step instructions to create your own. You can also click on the image below to open it as well!
I hope you have enjoyed Cathryn’s project! Please check back next week for a new 3D project from the talented Debbie Henderson!
It’s Thursday again, AND my birthday, so I decided to make a birthday themed project for my turn for 3D Thursday! This little Pyramid Gift Box was fun to make!
I used bright and fun patterns from the NEW Pattern Party Designer Series Paper, and a template that was based on a combiation of our retired Curvy Keppskaes Box and a pattern built into my Brother Scan n’ Cut! It was super easy to make! I kept mine simple, with only minimal decoration and embellishments, but it could definitely be dressed up more according to the occasion!
This project was made with a template (which is provided on my project sheet), and measures about 3-1/2 inches square on the bottom and about 3-1/2 inches tall as shown. The size can easily be adjusted by enlarging or reducing the template before using it! I will also say that due to the shape of this box, it’s best for small, flat gifts, or something that is narrow in the middle, as the sides slope up and will not close if the gift is too wide. I had initally tried to put a ring box in, but it wouldn’t close, so I switched to a small jewelry pouch instead:

Today’s 3D Thursday project was created by the very talented Twila Davis! It’s a mini purse created to hold lip balm! Wouldn’t you love to get lip balm from someone in such cute packaging?
Twila’s project features brightly colored cardstock and Designer Series Paper in Melon Mambo, plus a sweet gift tag for Mother’s Day from the Wrapped Bouquet stamp set. This could easily be swtiched up for any occasion though, just by switching the sentiment on the tag!

Hello, and Happy Spring! Welcome to our Color Fusers Blog Hop for April. Today we have a pretty combination of Seaside Spray, Old Olive, and Real Red to share with you!
My card today features NEW Designer Series Paper from the upcoming Annual Catalog. It’s the Regals color family paper, and I used one of the designs in Real Red for my background. I used two stamps from the Painted Poppies stamp sets and stamped them all over the DSP in White Craft ink, then heat embossed them with White Embossing Powder. I then layered that over Basic White and layered both over a Real Red base. I stamped some of the paint spatters from the Painted Poppies set along the right side of the base in Versamark ink before mounting the layers onto the card.
I tied a piece of Old Olive ribbon from the Ornate Garden Ribbon Combo Pack, and tied a little bow, which I then secured with Linen Thread and left the ends loose for a little more detail. The sentiment was stamped In Seaside Spray ink, and is from the You Are Amazing stamp set. It’s punched with the Rectangular Postage Stamp Punch and mounted to the front of the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I also stamped the inside with another image from the Painted Poppies stamp set, and repeated the same image on the envelope as well.
Measurements for this card are as follows:
Real Red cardstock base: 4-1/4 x 11 (scored at 5-1/2 and folded in half)
Basic White cardstock middle layer: 3-3/8 x 4-3/4 inches
Regals DSP top layer in Real Red: 3-1/8 x 4-1/2 inches
Basic White sentiment piece: 1-3/8 x 2 inches (approximate)
Basic White insert: 4 x 5-1/4 inches
To finish my card, I added a few clear Elegant Faceted gems. I love the little extra sparkle they give this card!
Please continue onto the next stop on our hop today, which is Jo Anne Hewins‘ page! I’m sure she has something lovely to share!
Thanks for stopping by!
