Share What You Love Suite Early Release Begins May 1st

Over the past couple of weeks I have shared a number of projects I created using a brand new stamp set called the Love What You Do stamp set.  It is definitely my favorite of the three sets that I received for my OnStage display board!  I only received the stamp set, but it is actually part of an entire suite of products that is going to be released on May 1st to customers, a WHOLE MONTH before the Annual Catalog goes live on June 1st!  For the early release, the stamp set will be available as part of three exclusive bundles which will ONLY be available during the month of May.  Once the catalog ordering period begins on June 1st, everything in the bundles will still be available, but will only be available separately.  Each bundle also includes at least one FREE GIFT when purchased during the early release, which makes this offer even sweeter!  So let’s take a peek at each of the bundles and what is included in each:

The Just Getting Started Bundle

This bundle is the most basic of the three, and is perfect for beginning stampers!  It includes a free gift of Very Vanilla Note Cards and Envelopes (a $6.50 value)!  This bundle costs $57.00 (before tax and shipping), and the item number is 149524.

The A Little More, Please Bundle

This bundle is a bit of a step up from the first and includes TWO stamp sets, as well as TWO free gifts: a package of Very Vanilla Medium Envelopes AND the Share What You Love Embellishment Kit (an $18.00 combined value)!  This bundle costs $91.50 (before tax and shipping), and the item number is 149525.

The Gotta Have it All Bundle

This is the most inclusive bundle available and includes THREE free gifts!  The free gifts include the two gifts from the previous bundle, as well as an exclusive stamp called the Statement of My Heart Stamp (a $30.00 combined value).  This bundle costs $127.50 (before tax and shipping), and the item number is 149526.

2018-2020 In Color Ink Pads Bundle

In addition to the three Share What You Love bundles, the early release also includes a bundle of the NEW 2018-2020 In Color Ink Pads!  Get all FIVE colors in the NEW ink pad style for only $33.75, which is a savings of 10% off the cost of them separately!  This is a great way to get the new colors early AND save a bit of money at the same time!  The item number for the In Color ink pad bundle is 147153.

So there you have it!  Which one(s) will you choose?  All of these bundles are available for purchase starting May 1st!  They may be ordered in the online store, or directly through me via email at nicollebelesimo@gmail.com!  If you are a new customer, purchasing any of these bundles through me will also guarantee you a copy of the NEW Annual Catalog, which will be delivered sometime in mid-May!  I would love to add you to my list!  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!  🙂

Enjoy your day!

Love What You Do Thank You Tags

Today’s project is another project made with the Love What You Do stamp set!  (Can you tell it was my favorite of the three sets I received for OnStage?)  This time it’s a set of three Thank You tags!  Each tag features a different floral stem from the stamp set, as well as a different 2017-2019 In Color.  Each floral image is framed in a scalloped oval of Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper, and was cut using the Layering Ovals Framelits.  The floral images and sentiments were stamped in Basic Gray Archival Ink, and the flowers were colored using an Aqua Painter.  The flowers were colored in the same color ink as the ribbon used on each tag.  The three colors that were used are Powder Pink, Fresh Fig, and Berry Burst.

The finished size of each tag is 2 x 4-7/8 inches.  The top of each tag was punched with the Scalloped Tag Punch.  (Using the punch takes about 1/2 inch off of the cardstock, so you need to add another 1/2 inch to the length before punching it!)  The bottom corners were rounded using the corner rounder on the Envelope Punch Board.

Each tag is finished with a silver brad, which will be available in an assortment of brads when the new catalog becomes available in June.  The ribbon is all 1/2 inch Finely Woven Ribbon, in either Powder Pink, Fresh Fig, or Berry Burst, to match the color used on the flowers.  And there’s a little bit of Wink of Stella on each flower to give a little extra shimmer and shine!

The base of each tag is Sahara Sand card stock, and each framed floral image was adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals to give the tags a little height and texture!

Tomorrow, I will be sharing information on how you can get this stamp set as part of the Share What You Love Suite Early Release, starting May 1st!  There will be three exclusive bundles which feature this stamp set, with each bundle including at least one FREE GIFT!  There will also be a special offer on the NEW 2018-2020 In Colors!  Please be sure to check back tomorrow for all the details on this exciting promotion!

Thanks for visiting today!  Enjoy the rest of the weekend!

Love What You Do Friendship Card

Here’s another project made with the new Love What You Do stamp set!  This time I combined it with the NEW Spot of Tea Framelits, a new ruffled ribbon in Lemon Lime Twist, and Metallic Enamel Shapes.  I also added in some Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper for a little added sparkle!  Colors are Rich Razzleberry, Whisper White, Lemon Lime Twist, and Basic Black.

Measurements for this card are as follows:

Thick Whisper White cardstock base:  5-1/2 x 8-1/2 inches (scored at 4-1/4 inches and folded in half)

Rich Razzleberry middle layer:  3-3/4 x 5 inches

Whisper White top layer:  3-1/2 x 4-3/4 inches

Whisper White die cut sentiment piece: 3 x 3 inches

Prior to adhering anything to the top layer of this card, I dipped an Aqua painter in Rich Razzleberry ink and spattered some fine drops across the top layer from the bottom right corner to the top left (they’re kind of hard to see in the pics!)  I also colored the flowers in with the Aqua painter using the same ink.  Once the flowers were dry, I went over them with Clear Wink of Stella (again, hard to see in the pics, but looks really pretty in person!)

I also used Stampin’ Dimensionals on the flowers and sentiment pieces to add a little height and texture to the card, but used a combination of Snail Adhesive and Multipurpose Glue on the rest.

The Love What You Do stamp set will be available for purchase beginning May 1st as an early release for customers, while the other new products will be available June 1st!

In the meantime, don’t forget to shop for Retiring and Clearance items in the online store!  You can grab some great deals right now!  But all retiring and clearance items are only available while supplies last, so check them out SOON for the best selection!

Thanks for checking in!  Happy Friday!

Tranquil Tulips and Lined Alphabet Scrapbook Page

My project today is probably my favorite project of all my display board samples! It is a 12 x 12 inch scrapbook page of my son and me picking tulips last year at a local tulip farm.  This project combines NEW product from the upcoming catalog with both current and retiring product. The new products are the Love What You Do and Lined Alphabet stamp sets, and the current/retiring product is the Coffee Break Designer Series Paper and the Tranquil Tulips stamp set.  All colors are also current, and are STAYING current, even when the current annual catalog retires on May 31st!

The base of this project is a pattern from the Coffee Break Designer Series Paper.  It is a subtle wood grain pattern in Early Espresso and neutral shades, which I love against the bright colors of the flowers and letters!  Here is the full color palette for this project:

For the background color of each of the letters, I used the large watercolor stamp from the new Love What You Do stamp set.  I stamped off the color one time, and then stamped it again, so that the colors were a little more muted and not as bright as they are full strength.  I then stamped the letters I needed in Early Espresso ink, and punched them with the 1-3/4 inch circle punch.  The back layer of each circle was cut from Very Vanilla card stock using the Layering Circle Framelits, and measures 1-7/8 inches.  The watercolor stamp gives almost a weathered look to the colored background of each circle, which you can see if you look closely in the pic below:

I stamped the tulips in the same colors, using the Tranquil Tulips stamp set, which is ONLY available for “purchase” using Host Rewards!  (But it IS available until May 31st, so if you place an order of $150 or more before then, you can still earn this set!)  I purposely did not clean off the stamps as well as I should have so that the colors would blend a bit.  You can see this blending better in the yellow/orange tulips:

I adhered the letters and tulips with Dimensionals to give them a little height off the paper, but kept the pictures adhered with regular Snail adhesive.  I matted the pictures with Lemon Lime Twist cardstock to match the stems and leaves of the tulips and also to add a little more pop of color to the page!

This was a fun project to commemorate a fun day with my little guy!  If you are ever in the southern New England area between late April and mid-May, you must plan a visit to Wicked Tulips Flower Farm in Johnston, RI!  It is one of my favorite places in the world, and I am so lucky that it is only 30 minutes from my house!  I absolutely LOVE tulips, so I try to go once a week while they are open!  To check out their website, click HERE.

Love What You Do Floral Friendship Card

Here’s another sample from my display board made with the Love What You Do stamp set!  This one has pretty florals and vellum leaves, with a little shimmer and glitter!  The main color is Wild Wasabi, which is one of my favorite colors (and is sadly retiring), and is paired with Shimmery White cardstock, as well as Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper and silver accents.

The measurements for this card are as follows:

Wild Wasabi card base:  5-1/2 x 8-1/2 inches (scored at 4-1/4 inches and folded in half)

Shimmery White middle layer:  3-15/16 x 5-3/16 inches

Wild Wasabi top layer:  3-3/4 x 5 inches

Dazzling Diamonds die cut doily:  3 x 3 inches

Shimmery White sentiment piece:  2-1/2 x 2-1/2 inches

Vellum leaves: 2 x 5 inches (cut both leaves from one piece)

This card was stamped using the largest floral stamp from the Love What You Do set in VersaMark ink in the corners.  Once the ink was dry, I went over the images with Clear Wink of Stella.  The doily looking piece behind the sentiment was cut using a cutting die from a brand new set called Spot of Tea Framelits (available June 1st!)  The sentiment was adhered to the glimmer piece and then adhered to the card with dimensionals.  I then added in the vellum leaves and adhered them with mini glue dots.  The card was finished with a few silver sequins from the Metallics Sequin Assortment.

This beautiful stamp set will be available to order as an early release item beginning May 1st!  I will have more info regarding the early release as we get closer to May.  In the meantime, don’t forget about the retiring items and colors!  Wild Wasabi is one of the colors retiring this year, so stock up while you can!  You can find all of the retiring items in the online store by clicking on the link below:

Mini Pizza Box OnStage Team Swap and Gift

For OnStage this past weekend, I only had time to make swaps for the other members of the team I am on.  I usually make a card for the team swap, but this time, I wanted to make something a little different, so I put together this Mini Pizza Box using NEW products from the upcoming Annual Catalog!  The top of the box is decorated with Early Espresso cardstock for the bottom layer, and the top layer is from the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper.  But the flowers and sentiment come from the ALL NEW Love What You Do stamp set!  This set was one of three stamp sets that Stampin’ Up! sent me for my display board, and it was hands down my favorite of the three.  It contains multiple floral stamps, water color backgrounds, and sentiments, and was designed by Stampin’ Up! with demonstrators in mind.  It really is a gorgeous set!  Take a look for yourself:

The set contains 13 stamps, and is a photopolymer set.  And the best news is that this set will be part of a suite of products that will be available to customers as an early release!  So that means you can get this set and coordinating products a whole month before the new catalog comes out in June!  I will give more details about the early release as we get closer to May, so please stay tuned for more information soon.

Other products used on this box include Pool Party, Bermuda Bay, and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends Markers, the NEW Tea Room Ribbon, Layering Ovals Framelits, and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder.  Each box is embellished with Glitter & Clear Epoxy shapes from the Occasions Catalog.  I should also add that the flowers were fussy cut using Paper Snips.  (This set does not have matching framelits.)  Inside each box are three Ghiardelli Chocolate Squares, so this doubled as both a swap and gift!  I made ten of them, placed each one in a cellophane bag, and tied with a 1/4 inch White Organza Ribbon bow to complete the package.  I was very pleased with how they came out!

Tomorrow I will show my full display board so you can see what all of my projects looked like together on the board.  This specific box was not on there, but I did make another one very similar to it, just with different colors!  I will be sharing each project from my board individually over the next couple of weeks.  I hope you will check back in the see them!

Thanks for visiting today!

The Cherry Blossoms are in Bloom!

My card today was made for our monthly team Facebook hop!  (If you are joining me from our Facebook hop, WELCOME!)  Each month, demonstrator’s from my upline’s team create projects based on a specific theme.  We all create projects based on that theme, and post them to Facebook at a specified time. We also post links to another person’s page in our posts.  This allows visitors to “hop” from one page to another to see all of the creations.  Once you get back to the first project you started with, the hop is complete!  If you have ever paged through a blog hop, it works the same way, just with Facebook pages!

This month, our theme was “Colorful Spring”.  My original plan was to make a card with tulips, because I LOVE tulips!  But then this morning, I was reading an article about how the cherry blossoms in Washington DC are at peak bloom this weekend, so I decided to go with cherry blossoms instead!  To do this, I used the Colorful Seasons Photopolymer Bundle.  This bundle contains the 24 piece Colorful Seasons stamp set, as well as the 17 piece Seasonal Layers cutting dies.  There are three stamps in the set with coordinating dies that make perfect cherry blossoms!

To make the flowers, I put all three flower stamps on one long block.  I then colored them with Flirty Flamingo ink using my Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Write Marker.  I then added Melon Mambo ink using the Melon Mambo marker, but purposely only added a little in the centers.  I then stamped them on Shimmer White Cardstock.  After they dried, I went over all of the flowers with my Powder Pink marker and filled in any light spots, or spots that weren’t fully stamped in.  I wanted the flowers to have a varied look as far as color.  Using the three shades of pink definitely helped accomplish this!

The branch is stamped in Soft Suede ink.  The flowers are arranged and adhered with Mini Glue Dots, and the card is finished with Lemon Lime Twist 1/4″ Ombre Ribbon. I tried to find a suitable greeting for the front of this card, but any I tried seemed to throw off the balance of the card, so I decided to leave it as is.  I very rarely leave sentiment off the front, but I really like the simplicity of this card, and thought it was fine as is.

The measurements for this card are as follows:

Shimmery White card base:  8-1/2 x 5-1/2 inches (scored at 4-1/4 inches and folded in half)

Shimmery White top layer:  3-3/4 x 5 inches

Coffee Break DSP strip:  2 x 4-1/2 inches

Shimmery White scraps for flowers

Here’s a close up of the flowers.  You can also see a hint of the shimmer in the paper as well in this pic!

I added a few pearls to the centers of the flowers for a little added embellishment.  Real Cherry Blossoms don’t have such a defined center (I don’t think), but I liked the way it looked, so I went with it!

The bundle pricing for the Colorful Season Bundle is only available until May 31st!  Purchasing the bundle before May 31st will save you 10% off the cost of the stamps and dies separately.  If this bundle carries over into the new Annual Catalog, the bundle pricing will no longer be available starting June 1st!   The items will still be able to be purchased, but the discount for purchasing them together will no longer be available!

Thanks for stopping by today!  I am attending OnStage in Hartford, CT, so I should have lots of exciting info to share with you soon!

Have a great day!

Petals & More Get Well Card

Today’s project features the Petals & More Thinlits Dies, as well as the Sheet Music Background Stamp and Wood Textures Designer Series Paper.  The get well sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes.  One color I don’t use a lot is yellow, so for this card I decided to go with yellow flowers, (or more specifically, So Saffron!)  This card was specifically made for a team member who recently had surgery.  I hope she likes it!

Measurements for this card are as follows:

Thick Whisper White Cardstock base:  5-1/2 x 8-1/2 inches (scored at 4-1/4 inches and folded in half.)

White Wood Texture DSP layer:  4 x 5-1/4 inches

Crumb Cake Layer:  3-1/8 x 4-1/8 inches

Whisper White top layer:  3 x 4 inches

For the die cuts, I used mostly scraps from my scrap bins in the following colors:  Pear Pizzazz, Wild Wasabi, Vellum, So Saffron, and Whisper White.

All of the die cuts were applied with Multipurpose Glue lightly sponged on the back with 1/4 of a Stampin’ Sponge (they are super easy to cut into pieces!)  The vines and leaves were all adhered with the glue.  The flowers were adhered with thin strips of Stampin’ Dimensionals to give them a little height and dimension.  I finished it off by wrapping linen thread around the layers, and applying some pearls to the centers of the flowers!

And last but not least, the sentiment piece was stamped in Soft Suede and punched with the Classic Label punch!  I have to admit, this card was a little labor intensive, but I love the end result!

Thanks for visiting today!  Have a great day!

Kind Thoughts for You Floral Card

The card I am sharing with you today was made for a team activity that I participated in earlier this month.  We were supposed to make a card for a teammate and send it to them as a “secret cardmaker” type of thing.  The catch was that we were supposed to use greens, golds, and glitter.  You can see how well I followed the directions!  LOL!  I actually completely forgot that we were supposed to use certain colors and realized it only after I put it in the mail, which of course, was too late to do anything about it!  Oops!

I used three different stamp sets on this card.  The first was the Flourishing Phrases stamp set, which I used to stamp on the gray background with Versamark.  I then used the Amazing You set for the flower, which is a Sale-a-Bration reward item!  And then finally, the sentiment is from the You’re Inspiring Set, which I heat embossed in white on Basic Black cardstock.

Measurements for this card are as follows:

Basic Gray card base: 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 inches (scored at 4-1/4 inches and folded in half)

Basic Gray layer:  4 x 5-1/4 inches

Powder Pink layer:  3 x 3 inches

Whisper White layer: 2-3/4 x 2-3/4 inches

Vellum, Pear Pizzazz, and White pieces for punches: 2 x 2 inches (or cut from scraps)

Other products that I used on this card include the Leaf Punch, Classic Label Punch, Rhinestone Basic Jewels, Silver Baker’s Twine, and the Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Pen.  I used the Wink of Stella on the flower.  It’s hard to see but if you look closely, you can see some of the shine in the picture below:

Check out the links below for the full product list for this card.  Thanks for stopping by today!  Enjoy your day!

Kind Thoughts for You with the You’re Inspiring Stamp Set

Tulips are hands down my favorite Spring flowers, but daffodils are a close second!  So when I saw the You’re Inspiring stamp set in the Occasions Catalog, I immediately put it on my wish list!  This set is perfect for multiple Spring occasions, and includes sentiments for birthdays, Easter, Mother’s Day, and more!  It includes 8 rubber stamps and comes in both Wood Mount or Clear Mount.  Here’s what the full set looks like:

The flowers on the card are colored with Daffodil Delight and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends.  I used both the light and dark shades of both.  I stamped the flowers in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and then colored them once the ink was completely dry.  I then framed the flowers with one of the Lots of Labels Framelits and cut them out using the Big Shot.  I also used my Stamparatus to stamp the “Kind thoughts for you” sentiment multiple times in the background!

The measurements for this card are as follows:

Night of Navy card base:  5-1/2 x 8-1/2 inches (scored and folded in half)

Night of Navy top layer:  4 x 5-1/4 inches

Whisper White:  4 x 5-1/4 inches (used both for daffodil piece and punched piece with sentiment)

Other items used on this card include the Classic Label Punch, Linen Thread, and Pearl Basic Jewels!

Check out the supply list below for everything you need to make this card!
